Loooong night...

Well, it's one twenty in the morning and (as usual) i can't sleep. Nick stayed up with me for awhile, we watched a couple movies...but as soon as my fingers started scratching his back i might as well have hit him over the head with a brick! i've never seen the lights in someone eyes go out so quickly! haha :D.

In an attempt to make myself tired i cleaned the kitchen, took a shower, made scotcheroos and balanced finances for the next week...but since i am STILL wide awake, i figured i should turn to some blog therepy :) since it's been awhile anyway.

we've had an eventful little life since the last time i blogged. for starters, we MOOOOOOOOVED! no longer in that little 400 square foot dung heap in escondido! (to be fair, we loved that little dung heap...) we now live in a 950 square foot apartment in scripps ranch- big kitchen, big bathroom, big table (nicks personal favorite, he calls it his "hobby table") and a spare bedroom! you never realize how much you love space until you have it. wanna know my favorite part? :) one night, i PURPOSELY did not do the dishes after dinner. I left them in the sink all. night. long. and guess what i found in the sink when i woke up in the morning!?! ........


........DIRTY DISHES!


Thats all! no ants, no roaches, no flies..JUST dirty dishes!


ah, it's the little things in life.


Aside from that, i've gotten quite a bit more pregnant. In fact, as of today this pregnancy has officially hit 37 weeks! which is very exciting :D, that means the baby is officially full term and could come any minute (though i'm not getting my hopes up, lol. Nick and i are content to let this baby come whenever he/she and God feels the time is right). The baby is getting HUGE! and LOVES getting his or her back scratched (like father like....) in fact, tonight i was scratching Nicks back and the baby started arching his back letting me know he was ready to have his back rubbed as well...unfortunately i choose the wrong hand to rub the baby which left Nicks back neglected so he started doing that little twitch thing (ya know?) to get my other hand involved. so there i was one hand rubbing nicks back. One hand rubbing the babys back. and i thought "good heavens...this is a sign of things to come" haha, i love it.

Anyway, i'm finally starting to get tired! woot! (i guess blog therepy works!) i'll definitely try writing more often, i finally found my camera! so, once i find the charger, there will be many many many pictures to come.
