This has been a busy busy week!
It started with my declaration that Cocoum is officially a healthy guinea pig!

For a little while there i thought for sure we were losing him. He's a long haired Guinea pig but all of his hair was falling out! He was getting sores on his skin, he spent all day sleeping and he lost SOOOOO much weight! you could pretty much feel his bones, even though we always kept his bowl full of dry food and gave him veggies whenever we had them which was pretty often. We'll one day i grew really concerned so i looked at nick and said "Nick, if i can't take care of a guinea pig how am i going to take care of a child!" to which Nick answered most sympathetically "well, you better figure it out because you don't have much of a choice there" Right. So i went to the store and bought some new dry food with a bunch of vitamins, shampoo (because he had been sharing ours) in case that helped bring his hair back, some vitamin treats that "guinea pigs LOVE" (total lie by the way.) and a bunch of fruits and veggies specifically for him and made sure they were always in his cage. And even though he got REALLY mad at me for force feeding him his vitamin "treats" and wouldn't let me hold him for two or three days..i'm sure he appreciates it now that he's Fat, hairy and never ever tired. Go COK!
Then came the next big step in our lives...WE GOT IN DEBT!! woohoo!

Now that we have a car that can go faster then 40 miles an hour that you can trust to make it down the street, that can fit a baby a car seat and a stroller...i guess all we need is a baby a car seat and a stroller :D. We're actually really excited about this buy, it'll be nice to be able to up and leave anytime we want to go out of town without having to humble ourselves and ask Angel and Rodd if we can borrow the Honda...not that we don't TOTALLY love that little mafia car!
But the fun didn't stop there...
We went up to Nicks moms house on sunday Where Laura was pretty insistent on getting some pictures...

...The little weirdo. she says "look, i'm stalking your babies" haha you are soooooo odd Laura! :D

Thats me at 19 weeks and my sister in law, Hanna, at 39 weeks.
These would be her last belly shots! because two days later.......

...This popped out of her! Little Laura Madsen 6 lbs 11 oz and 19 in long. It was such a blessing to be able to see her in her first hour of life and made Nick and I even more anxious for the next four months to pass to we can have a little Bubba all of our own.
umm in our family bubbas are boobs. Just thought I would share. I am sure it's not a boob your waiting for, is it? Although I bet you already got a couple. ;-) I know AWWWKKWARD!! Beat you to it.
